As Managing Partner of the firm, Vicente O. Caoile, Jr., Esq. serves as a driving force, fostering commitment to quality service and professional excellence among his partners and associates. Having received his Juris Doctor Degree from the Ateneo De Manila School of Law in 1998 he has since honed his legal and business acumen through various work experiences which include being an Associate at Poblador Bautista & Reyes Law Offices from 1998 to 2001, a Commissioner on Bar Discipline of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines from 2006 to 2007, and Assistant Corporate Secretary of Vitarich Corporation from 2005 to 2006. He has likewise contributed to the academe by serving as a Professor at the College of Business & Economics at De La Salle University on the year 2000.
His experience for more than a decade in the legal profession include both litigation and corporate representation and counseling for various prolific companies engaged in real estate, public transportation, manufacturing, wholesale distributorship, public utilities, and information technology, among others. He has also actively overseen and successfully handled the litigation and settlement of various civil, criminal, administrative, and commercial cases. He has extensive experience in various corporate issues ranging from corporate reorganizations, due diligence work, investment in companies and corporate lay-outs. Moreover, he has spearheaded a wide range of Real Estate projects, from the incorporation and condominiumization of condominium projects with the SEC and HLURB and applications for Land Use Conversion and Exemption with Department of Agrarian Reform.
