Maria Margarita D. Alvarez, Esq. combines her undergraduate background in Business Management with her legal training in conducting due diligence work on real estate and evaluation of corporate entities. She has also been exposed to litigation practice, having successfully handled the settlement of a number of criminal, civil, and even administrative suits. She has likewise been engaged in contract negotiations involving but not limited to, mining transactions and real estate dealings.
